Hi Michael,

from the AstLinux changelog:

-- dnsmasq, version bump to 2.68, new feature allows "enable-tftp=" to define 
allowed interfaces for TFTP.
   More Info: View file "/stat/etc/dnsmasq.static" for syntax and make changes 
to "/mnt/kd/dnsmasq.static".

If possible try to use provisioning via http/https.
