No idea how this is related to "phone provisioning" (thread title). But here is are some hints: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+auto-dial+out 1) "/var/spool/asterisk/" is located on a tmpfs in AstLinux 2) You should MOVE the file not copy it. Best is to copy the file to "/var/spool/asterisk/tmp/" and then MOVE it to "/var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/".
