There is a special feature in Asterisk to distribute hints and MWI stati over XMPP PubSub and Corosync (AIS). https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Distributed+Device+State+with+XMPP+PubSub I use it successfully in an installation of 5 combined Asterisk servers and one central FOP2 as a kind of distributed call center. http://doc.astlinux.org/userdoc:tt_distribute_events_xmpp_pubsub But I guess this won't work the same way with Bria. Or does Bria also use a PubSub implementation? Bria uses SIP simple for presence but Asterisk doesn't. At the bottom of this page is a presence method for Bria described, but I'm not sure if that works: http://www.dynamixs.net/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=16 There are a few softphones that support Asterisk hints (e.g. microSIP).
