To clarify - this is *our* AstLinux box, which we configured and manage, so
the issue is not the owner of the email addresses misconfiguring AstLinux.
We've not used the mail alias feature, so that can be ruled out.

We have many voicemail users, both staff with email addresses on our Windows
domain, but also some third-party users with external email addresses.
AstLinux is using our domain Exchange server for mail, and it works for both
addresses in our domain, and also most external addresses. It's just
addresses on this one domain which result in the error quoted before and
multiple deliveries.

I can ask the users on this domain to contact their ISP to ask questions
about their email addresses, but I need to know what questions. We have
tested emailing one of the problematic addresses from Outlook on our domain,
obviously through the same Exchange server, and the email gets through once
and once only, as it should. It's just the AstLinux emails which are
misbehaving.

So, can anyone suggest what could be different about one external domain's
email addresses, which upsets Exchange when sending from AstLinux but not
from Outlook, when all other attempted external domain emails work fine?

Thanks for the help

Tom
