That looks like you don't have a LAN interface defined, as I said earlier:

Since the beginning of AstLinux the external interface is not added to the 
/etc/hosts file since the external interface is typically not static.

If you are only using the external interface with a static IP you can add a 
/etc/hosts entry with Network -> DNS Forwarder & DHCP Server: { Configure DNS 
Hosts }
