Hi Michael,

I often use the h-extension (or hangup-handler) to get the HANGUPCAUSE, e.g.:

exten => h,1,Set(CDR(userfield)=${CDR(userfield)} Hangup:${HANGUPCAUSE})

Then you can react based on the HANGUPCAUSE.
