The product is here in Germany available at resellers that only sell 
industrial-grade products. A few of those where I buy stuff.
So it seems to be no SoHo/consumer device. But it is also available on Amazon. 
A few of the reviewers use it in their cars or caravan. 
Interesting device, the price is OK.
