Announcing AstLinux Pre-Release: astlinux-1.4-4940-797713

** Request for Testing

This pre-release replaces getdns/stubby with unbound for DNS-over-TLS
functionality. The latest Unbound 1.13.0
adds TCP/TLS stream reuse and TCP fast open which were perviously only
supported in stubby. Additionally, unbound offers a cache.
We have heard reports stubby would "hiccup" and hang at times, depending on the
upstream provider.
Please report any issues (or successes) with this change.

Just a note here that this version is working for me fine, and I would say that I hadn't even realized I might have been having DNS lookup issues related to using DoT but since this update it's become obvious. Much better now!
