I am not aware of any but would suggest that it is probably far cheaper and
more flexible to separate the FXO/FXS ports into a separate VoIP adapter.
I think it quite rare to need to convert to an outgoing POTS port
now-a-days an the only real use of analog on an inside network is to
support FAX machines (and they have their own set of VoIP issues).  You can
get a FXO/FXS devices with built-in router, but I do not think they are x86
based.  For the best range of commercial devices check out voipsupply.com.
