About You
You are an enthusiastic programmer with a passion for clean code and
elegant design. You will be:
* Fluent in English (both oral & written)
Software projects succeed or fail on communication, and almost all
our clients are overseas.
* Able to demonstrate strong personal contributions to previous
projects, ideally Open Source.
If you have contributed to a major open source project we would
love to hear from you! Failing that you should be prepared to
show, and explain, some outstanding previous projects.
* A Graduate of a top Indonesian or Overseas University.
We are most interested in graduates of ITB, UI, ITS, STT TELKOM or
equivalent domestic universities, or overseas qualified graduates.
Additional Skills
We believe that the right candidate can learn whatever technology
becomes relevant - in any case technologies come and go so frequently
that there is no point in looking for candidates with skills XXX, YYY
and ZZZ! However if you have experience with any of the following it
will count in your favour:
* J2EE and Web Services
* Spring Framework
* Hibernate Persistence
* ebXML Registry Repository
* XML/XSLT
* We also value Sun/Brainbench certifications.
