http://download.eclipse.org/tools/atf/updates/0.3.0/nightly

Jacek,

I am currently only depending on org.eclipse.atf.mozilla.swt.browser
so I was able to include it locally in my build and remove the broken
update site from my build dependencies. Do you have a time frame for
when the update site may be back up? days, weeks, months?

Thanks,

Ryan
