The modern Java-based Platforms cover a rich diversity of system components, languages, tools, frameworks and techniques. It impacts and is impacted by all recent developments in the cloud, networks and mobile computing and related spaces. All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings, which will be available from the ACM Digital Library.
