on 9984 the cyclic noise calibration doesnt seem to work unlike on 9880
on 9880 the channel noise floor changes cyclic depending on the environment
on 9984 the noise floor keeps static, only a channel change like
triggered by a scan will update the noise floor to its new value.
and hint?
