Monir,

I think you may underestimate the task you're taking on here -- you'll almost
certainly need seriously flexible (and expensive) specialized hardware.  You
probably want to be looking at "software defined radio" (SDR) platforms.  GNU
radio may meet your needs, but much of the hardware commonly used with it is
not up to the task.  You should look seriously at the WARP platform from Rice
(http://warp.rice.edu/trac/) as a possibility.
