Hi All, I am trying to set my atheros chipset (ar5413) to use some non-standard centre frequencies. Currently we have 2407MHz, 2412MHz, 2417MHz, etc - so 5MHz between centres. What I want to do is move in steps of 2.5MHz instead of 5MHz. i.e. 2407, 2409.5, 2412, 2414.5MHz, etc... I am led to believe this may be possible with the atheros chips, but since the documentation is NIL, want to know how? I see the frequency setting is made in one of the _set_channel() functions in phy.c, but do not have enough info on what the various segments of the PHY registers actually do... Can anybody give some hints?
