I lose wifi connection after a few minutes or a couple hours, varies widely. # lspci says... 04:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01) # uname -a Linux u888 2.6.32-21-generic #32-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 16 08:10:02 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux Not using any WEP or WPA etc. Ubuntu 10.04 but also had same problem under Karmic. Running 32-bit right now but also had same issue under lucid amd64. Computer is a Gatway LT3103u. Here are some dmesg warnings[1]. I did do a couple searches of the mailing list- the closestI could find to my issue was the Amit Sood thread "[ath9k-devel] Need to reload ath9k module" of Sept 2008, but that's an AR5K chip Is this a known issue? Is there something I can do to help track it down? Should I run a newer kernel or driver?
