This is very bad behavior of the ath9k driver. Unfortunately the Atheros developers do not communicate particularly much on this mailing list. They don't engage in remote debugging on your system, but they want only to attempt to reproduce problems locally and work in their own environment. Hopefully they have noticed and registered your problem report, and hopefully they will be able to reproduce the problem to fix the software or firmware error. But unfortunately this list is not really used for detailed discussion. > I have been searching on Internet around with no indicator. > Just trying to ask if I did anything wrong? or everyone just uses > NetworkManager? You are doing nothing wrong, the problem is with the software. The above operations must not cause any problem. Unfortunately because of how Atheros operates it may or may not ever get fixed. I hope it will, but who knows.. //Peter _______________________________________________ ath9k-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ath9k.org/mailman/listinfo/ath9k-devel
