Anne,
Jaws uses a video intercept in order to have control of the
video card.
If you are having trouble and getting a video intercept error, try
downloading the Jaws video intercept and installing it on your PC. Here are
the download links for both 32 and 64 bit operating systems. Just download
the one you need.
