Sorry, I think not.  Norton and MacAfee have made very little effort to work 
well with screen readers the last few years.  It's doable if you want to use 
the mouse pointer or WE cursor.  Better choices would include Viper from 
Sunbelt, Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG, Avira, Avast, Nod32, and several 
others I can't think of right now.
