Okay here is the issue. I use Zoomtext 9.1 at work and have been for several years now. We have it on my work PC but when the system administrator tried to load my software on a computer in a training room so they did not have to keep moving my system everytime we had training it will allow him to log in but when we try to do it with my user account there is an error message saying that zoomtext set up is not installed correctly. Now he needs to put it on a new computer for me using Windows 7. since our center is going to that operating system and replacing old computers. He called AI Squared and they said he could install it on a new pc and it works for him and even on a dummy account for a new user he set up but does not work on a exsisting users account and we cannot figure out why. Apparently there is some type of security setting and the issue is he cannot give me full administrative rights so now we are at a stand still can anyone help?
