You do not go to the NLS web site. But you can't do it until you set up a user name and pass word. You have to be authorized to use the link and then you can put the magazine on a victor. I would suggest getting Fred Gissoni to walk you through it. Some of the people at aph are not very familiar with the process but Fred and some others are.
