Hello all,
Do any of you guys know what this last guy, Brian, is talking about, and
how to send him the file?
Any help would be appreciated.

When they mention version 9 and 10, they are talking about JAWS version.
There is a JAWS configuration file that you probably need to edit. I would
guess the file is in c:\Program Files\JAWS\FsDomSrv.ini. If you can send
me this file, I can make the updates for you and send it back to you.

to me. Se below. You can see my response.
I need your opinion on this stuff. I didn't know there was a 9 or 10
of silver light and that is not what I have... I have 4.0. So I don't
know what the one guy is talking bout. However, maybe it won't matter
if they use this other thing.
I need your expert opinion.
Thanks for your assistance.

Thank you for always responding to me. I did talk to Dr. Maxey and she
assured me that the problem will be taken care of by the beginning of
the new school year.
I will forward this on to my technician. However, maybe I don't
understand but my technician did say that the most recently released
version of silver light is 4.0 and that is what I have. So I am not
sure how this 9.0 or 10 version is coming into play here .
However, I see where in the future this may not even be an issue. But,
still wondering if Mike gets what is exactly going on. Hmm.
More on this as it develops .
Again thanks for your help.

Fwd: LunchBox solutions
Here is the latest on the LunchBox situation from Mr. Kanak. There
are two parts. One he has found what may be a solution for you to
read the current SilverLight application with a modification to the
one of the SilverLight .ini files. Your computer guy is probably
familiar with how to do that.
He also indicates that we will be switching to a new html based
solution called mySchoolBucks. He doesn't have a time line in this
email but I suspect it will be in place by the start of school.
Hope this is helpful. Let me know.

Larry,
Data Futures seems to think the problem with Mrs. Murphy's reader
software for the vision impaired is Microsoft Silverlight. I have
researched it and If she is using version 10.0, it won't work
without editing an file described in this article:
[MS Silverlight Embedded in Internet Explorer using OBJECT Tag with
type]
DLLName=SDomNodeMSAA
; TagNameMatch | ParamAndValueMatch
MappingFlags=96
Param=application/x-silverlight-2
TagName=OBJECT
StartString=Silverlight application start
EndString=Silverlight application end
ImplementationFlags=7
InteractionModeFlags=3
It's my understanding that Version 9.0 works fine.
In addition, we will be switching to a new solution called which
will not require Silverlight and JAWS (her software) reads it fine
since it is HTML based.
Would you like to pass this info along to her technician? Her
