Ann, To download from send space, I do the following: After clicking on the link that opens up send space to the page for the item that you are going to download, I press the JAWS key plus F7. Then arrrow down the list till you get to the download link. After clicking on the download link, JAWS will ask if you want to open or save the download. Tab to "SAVE" and press "enter" A new window will open where you select the folder you want to place the download in. Then tab to "save" and press enter. The download process will begin, and place the file in whatever folder you have designated. I hope this works for you.
