Medicare's Annual Open Enrollment Period Begins October 15
This year Medicare's Open Enrollment period is starting earlier on October
15, 2011 and ending sooner December 7, 2011. People with Medicare will have
seven weeks to review and choose plans, and get their memberships cards in time
for the January 1, 2012 coverage start date. Learn more by visiting
Medicare.gov or calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) or 1-877-486-2048
(TTY).
