Seminars@Hadley Presents: The World Blind Union Today

        Date: Wednesday, November 9

Time: 2:00 PM CST, 20:00 GMT
Have you heard about the World Blind Union (WBU) but aren't sure
exactly what it does? The World Blind Union, with members in 190 countries,
represents the 285 million blind and partially sighted persons around the
world, through three priority areas: representation, capacity building and
resource sharing. Join Seminars@Hadley as WBU CEO Dr. Penny Hartin and WBU
President Maryanne Diamond discuss current initiatives within these priority
areas and issues of relevance to blind and partially sighted persons globally.

A question and answer session will be included as part of the 60 minute
seminar moderated by Dawn Turco, Hadley's senior vice president.

Space in this seminar is limited. Please only register if you know you
are available to attend so that others are not closed out. To register for this
seminar, follow this link.
