Steve,

 

there are a couple of different ways you can make this your homepage.  The
easiest is to open the link for the Google accessibility page.  Once that
page opens press the key combination, all plus tea.  Next, press the letter
O.

This will put you in an edit box where you have the capability of typing in
the address of the home page that you want to use.  But instead of typing in
the address just press your tab key One-time to, use current button.  Press
your  spacebar.

Tab to the okay button and press enter.

Now close out of Internet Explorer and then restart it.

The Google accessibility page should load.
