Well we have a bunch of small cell companies, like Cricket, and U.S cell, they
would be able to join, we will always have new companies starting up, Well if
the government lets them, Its not like the cable and phone companies, they
don't have to run lines, or use others lines.
And even if that does leave one less big cell company, its a free market, and
you can always switch companies, and yes they do have a problem with bandwith,
why do you think that AT&T, Comcast, and others would put the data caps when
other companies that compete don't.
Like me for example, I had AT&T DSL for years, they put the cap on, and I
switched to the cable company, now why do you think the company would risk
loosing long time customers for no reason?
Now I do agree that we can't let them pass a law that would get you locked up
for voicing your views like we are, so its two parts to it.
I do think though that the cable and phone companies should have the freedom to
do what they have to too keep there networks running good for everyone, and not
just for the fiew customers that use all the bandwith, if that wasn't a
problem, then they wouldn't have to do that.
Now that doesn't mean letting block internet phones, that would hurt everyone,
phones don't take very much bandwith.
As more and more is going on line, we are going to need more bandwith, And I
think that the U.S government should be able to cut other countries off if they
allow hacking, but let the companies in the U.S run how they want, if other
countries have a problem, let them build there own internet, we came up with it.
So I agree with part of it, just not the part that stops web sights and users
that take away from everyone else.
That is part of the reason that you almost never get the speed you pay for,
mainley with cable, because a fiew users use it all.

I didn't want the a t and t deal to go through because its majorly
expensive. furthermore, that would leave only three cell providers
and one gsm provider.
they would then buy sprent probably.
leaving two and making a mobile provider monopoly pretty much.
bandwidth shouldn't be as much of an issue as it is. and network busy that
should not of happened.

This has 2 sides too it, some people take all the bandwith, the government
needs to stay out of the free market, for example, they interfered with the
AT&T T-mobile deel, T-mobile is for sale, and AT&T has the cash, and needs it
to meet the needs of its customers, but everyone's beloved king Obama is
against the free market, the very thing that made this country what it used to
be.
People go on websights and download porn and watch movies, mean while
businesses can't run, because they can't get on line, because people are useing
all the bandwith, that is why they are putting caps on the data.
If you had a business, how would you feel if the government came in and
told you how to run it, would you like it?
of course not.
That is European style socialism, but I don't expect most blind people to
understand that, because that is what they want.
I needed to call 911 on my cell phone one time, but it said "network busy"
Because you have kids playing on the dam internet and blocking everyone
else.

Dear Friend,
The Senate is poised to vote on a bill that would end the internet as we
know it.
If it passes, the "Protect IP Act" (and its companion bill in the House,
"SOPA") could put people in jail for uploading a video to YouTube and would
severely limit our right to free speech.
This bill has been rushed through Congress because big corporate
interests like Comcast, Pfizer, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce have spent
millions of dollars lobbying for this censoring legislation.
I told my senators to protect our free and open internet and oppose the
Protect IP Act. You should do the same. You can sign the petition at the link
below.
