Subject: Brief Survey on Social Networking Usage
Hey Pratik,
I hate to bug you, but I'm conducting a short survey with
Microsoft
Research about social
network use among blind and visually impaired people, and was
hoping
you might consider participating (and possibly forwarding along).
There's more information at the
bottom of this email, but the short version is that the survey
should
take only a few minutes, you might win $50, and is here:
http://roc.cs.rochester.edu/survey
We would appreciate you forwarding this email to anyone else who
you
feel might be interested in participating. Please do not post it
to
social networking sites as this may bias our results.
Thanks!
Jeff

Microsoft Research and the University of Rochester are conducting
a
brief survey on the use of social networking technologies by
members
of the blind and visually impaired communities. We are
interested in
learning more about how blind and visually-impaired people use
social
networks, so that we can build tools that leverage existing
social
networking sites to improve accessibility.

The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes (likely much
less).
For your participation, you'll be entered into a drawing to win a
$50
Amazon gift card (supported by Microsoft Research).
If you have any questions, please contact Jeffrey Bigham directly
at
[email protected] (or just reply to this email).
Thank you,
Jeffrey Bigham and Meredith Ringel Morris
