To make up for it I forwarded your question to another good list of smart people. After I looked a little deeper I remembered that you may be able to change the folder view so that the phone numbers show up in the list of contacts without having to enter on them. I also noticed that you can choose what details are shown from the view menu, or group by different fields such as home or business phone. In detailed view you can right arrow to hear more information about each contact. This is pretty cool really. If you right arrow once you get the E-mail address, again and it’s the business phone, again and it’s the home phone. you still must go into properties to edit the information. Hope this helps. Subject: [ATI] Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and Contact info Hello, I am in the process of learning to use Win 7 and Office 2010. I have been updating my contact info. I have “contacts” on my desktop for easy access. When I open Contacts, I get a list of all my contacts which I can arrow thru to the appropriate one I want to open. When I open a specific contact, it opens to the name-email tab where I can make changes to the information. I normally open a contact to retrieve the contacts phone numbers. I would like for a contact to open to the Summary tab, where I can tab thru the list of contact information. It currently opens to the name-email tab, I then have to control tab thru the other tabs, home tab, work tab etc. until I get to the summary tab. Can I set Contacts to open to the summary tab instead of the name-email tab, when a specific contact is opened? Any help would be appreciated.
