They have 0 customer service. Most places these days will say monitored for
quality, or recorded for quality. It doesn't say that when you call, and you
can tell. If they can't figure out a problem they say someone will get back
to yu in 24 to 48 hours. That never___ happens. No one has figured out my
husbands problem with only getting 2 baseball stations.

Subject: Re: [ATI] Sirius XM Website

Chuck, Terry and all. Here's my take on the XM Sirius issue. There is no
reason why the online PC version of the media player shouldn't be
accessible. I don't really have a leg to stand on because I am not a
subscriber, but it is my understanding that those of you who are or have
been have been met with less than pleasant attitudes when it comes to
accessibility issues with the only existing satelite radio service out
there. A person should not pay for a service just to have to pay for a
third-party app to make that service accessible to them. Just my opinion.
Thanks for listening,

Linda C.

>> Hi all. I apologize if this is a redundant message. However, a friend
asked for my help on this issue. Is the Sirius XM website accessible at all
for listening online? I have been able to log in, I think, but nothing
seems to be labeled in the media player. I tried with Jaws and Window-Eyes,
and internet explorer 8. Any help on this issue would be greatly
appreciated. If I am correct and this site is inaccessible, I think it's
ridiculous that something like this wouldn't be. Has anyone talked with the
resolutions committee about getting something written up on stuff like this?
