Hi Molly and all, My understanding as for the tcoil to use the cell phone for the hearing aid should be at either 4t/4m or 3t/3m. That is why be sure the cellphone is either at 3t/3m or 4t/4m that would be a good suitable. There are several good loop that are good to usee. Hope this help you.
