Greetings! October is getting closer and closer and that means the MCB annual Convention, this year in Jefferson City, and we'd like some fresh new faces and voices there! Would you, or someone you know be a good candidate for the Missouri Council of the Blind's First-Timer Program? Qualifications include being legally blind, never having been to the MCB Convention before, and being between the ages of 18 and 50.
