When did that update become available. The problem with version 13 is the way it reads emails. Sometimes it will begin by reading a line or two from the middle or bottom of an email and then jump to the top and start reading normally. Freedom Scientific says it is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it. It was so annoying that we went back to using version 12 at least for the time being. I downloaded and installed the latest jaws update, and it works just fine. Just press insert escape after you log into bard, and it will update the screen and then you’re in. It’s as simple as that.
