It’s fine with jaws on its own these days.  There are some settings that help, 
like enabling the global hot keys in preferences.  But over all it works fine 
with Jaws.  There’s also the free GWConnect app from GWMicro who makes 
Windoweyes that works well with Jaws and acts as an accessible interface for 
the Skype program.
