Hey Peter, I've never used either of those, but I thought it could be helpful to tell you what I do use. On my computer with JAWS I use Easy Chirp (www.easychirp.com), though I know a lot of folks who swear by qwitter (http://qwitter-client.net/). When I am using twitter on my iPhone I use tweetlist (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tweetlist-pro-twitter-client/id365198798?mt= 8).
