Thanks Michael.  Most likely he is using Microsoft Word for
editing his
Outlook messages.  In which case he would need to go to the
options menu to
show the bcc field.

There is no BCC option or something similar in the view menu
after opening a

   Open a new email message.
Do an alt v and arrow down to show bcc field.  Or it could be
show all
headers.  Once you select that the bcc field will show up in all
of your
messages.
