Their return policy is on their web site. They do not offer refunds. They will
exchange or repair a defective product or give in store credit for something,
but no refunds. I am in no way saying this is a bad company but just be aware
of their return policy if you buy something from them, which I suppose is
something you should always do. John

  Subject: [ATI] mTheSuper Store/Braille Bookstore

Have any of you ordered products from a company called the Braille
superstore? It seems to go by several names, including Future Aids and the
Braille Bookstore? If so, what has been your experience with the company? I
ordered a new product called the Tiny Tunes Talking mp3 Player. It is not
working properly and, even if it was, I am not sure I like it or want to use
it. I was told that they do not offer refunds but don't worry, they will get
it up and running. I can probably get it exchanged but I am angry about this
policy and not sure I want to deal with the company or the player even if it is
a good device. This company offers many products, some of which sound very
interesting and useful. But if you order anything from them, check out their
return policy and ask about refunds if you are not happy with what you have
bought. I will let you know how this gets resolved. John
