We are very interested in supporting it but are writing to request some clarifications for the bill. First regarding changes to MO Statutes 208.151(1), what would then be the status of the blind as currently mentioned in 1? Also, it appears that 208.151(3) which references the blind pension would remain unchanged if SB 14 passes the legislature and is signed into law in its current form. Are we correct? Thank you.
