I don’t know about finding out what that stuff is, but you definitely want to empty it. Press the context key and then the letter b to empty it.

I delete a lot of emails and have removed only one, maybe two, programs. It seems to be letters and numbers. What the heck is it? Does anybody know if there's a way to open what's in there and find out what it all is? I've tried just pressing enter and it doesn't work.
