To create a rule in WLM do this...
Do an alt o followed by the letter R.
Tab to, new and press your spacebar.
Depending on the type of rule you want to set up use your down arrow and
select from the list you are in. Just press your spacebar on the one you
want. Normally either the from people or specific words in the subject are
used.
Tab one time and if you want it moved to a particular folder then press your
spacebar on, move to a folder.
Tab one time and depending on the criteria you have selected you will have
some choices here. Press your down arrow and if you selected, with specific
words in the subject then that will be your first choice.
Press enter and type in the word you want the rule to look for in the
subject.
Tab to add and press your spacebar.
Tab to OK and press enter.
If you selected from, then you will need to press enter on, where the from
line contains people.
Next type in the email address of the person you want your rule to look for.
Tab to add and press your spacebar.
Tab to OK.
Next, down arrow to, move it to the specified folder and press enter.
You will be in your list of folders. Just find the folder you want the
message to be moved to and press enter.
Now tab to the rule name and type in what the name of the rule is. You can
use anything here just so long as it identifies the rule for you.
Next tab to save rule and press enter.
Tab to apply now and press enter.

Subject: [ATI] rules in windows mail
I have installed windows mail and find it to be very similar to outlook
express. the only problem I have had is trying to set up rules. There has
been no problem creating folders but I just am unable to figure out how to
create rules.
Any help will be appreciated.
