Make sure she has all software updates installed that are available. Go
in to settings and choose accessibility, all of the options are there,
and yes, it should provide speech and magnification.

I had a lady to call and ask about her Galaxy Mega with the android
operating system. Does this phone have built in speech and screen
magnification? If so, where do you go to turn those on?
