As far as I am concerned, this is not true accessibility. Basically we
will only be able to use these applications, but we will not have
access to the native interface of the device or third party
applications. With the accessibility provided by IOS and android,
there's really no reason to use windows phone 8, even with these
applications. Microsoft needs to step up to the plate and provide a
screen reader that works with the native platform interface and third
party applications.
