Dear Alicia,
Fit's the older Steam, maybe try taking out the battery and leaving
it out for 30 seconds, reinstall it and try plugging in the right charger.
Yep; have done that before, as I'm not the labeler of chargers my
friend is.

Hello All,
I went to plug my Victor Reader Stream into the charger and grabbed the
wrong cord. I noticed that I had the wrong cord immediately, but not before
I plugged it into the wall and the Stream. Now that I found the right
charger, the Victor Stream no longer operates. Has any of you ever made this
mistake and if so how did you fix your Stream. I have never done anything
like this before, so any help would be appreciated.
