You would have to do this with a patch  cord from the earphone jack of your 
tape player, to the microphone place on the Stream.  You would need to test to 
make sure the level from the tape player wasn’t too loud, and record your book 
directly into notes in real time, one track at a time.  Or you could attach 
your tape player to your computer and save each side of the tape as a file 
using a program like Audacity, convert them to MP3s, and then copy them to the 
Stream.  There is no fast way to do it if that is what you are asking.  You 
must play each tape of each book all the way through and save each track as a 
file.
