DeAnna,

 

Try doing a control shift apostrophe.  This should bring up a list of
comments in the documents.  Highlight one of the comments and then press
your applications key.  You should see an option to acceptand press  enter.
Press your  applications key again and then select delete.

DeAnna Noriega

 

An editor I haven't worked with before has added comments to a story I
submitted for publication. She has inserted comments and says I should right
click on the comment to accept and then click on delete to remove the
comments from my draft. I have no idea how to do this since I have never
clicked on anything before. Perhaps some of you recent collegestudents know
how to work with comments.
