Hi Linda, I just want to let you know.
My understanding from what Freedom Scientific is saying that the currently Jaws 16 and Magic 13 does work with Windows 10 will not charge any extrafees for the upgrade. That is what I remember reading it. Please check into Freedom Scientific website. If you need assitance, I am going to suggest for you to call Freedom Scientific for help at the tech support.
