I love mine. I use it all the time. I must make one correction to these
instructions. At least with mine, it will ask for the web address first. You
can have this copied to your clipboard and just drop it into the edit field.
After okaying that, then it asks for the name. It has a name already filled in
the field which you can either keep or change as you prefer.

Subject: [ATI] Downloading Podcasts With PodCatcher

Podcatcher is an accessible podcast application that allows you to download
your favorite podcasts to your PC. First of all you will need to go to,
http://www.webbie.org.uk/download.htm and download the application and then
install it on your PC. The installation is simple, just follow the prompts.

After it is installed you may want to put a shortcut to Podcatcher on your desk
top so you won't have to go looking for it when you want to use it. If you are
using Windows 7 this is how to put it on your desktop.

Press your start menu key. Press your up arrow one time and it should say,
all programs submenu. Press your right arrow to open the submenu. Press your
down arrow a couple of times to get out of the search box.

Type the letter A until you hear, Accessible. Press your right arrow to open
this menu. Arrow down to, Podcatcher and then press your applications key or
sometimes it is called the context menu.

Arrow down to, send to and press your right arrow to open the menu. Arrow down
to, desk top create shortcut and press enter. This will place the Podcatcher
on your desk top.

Next go to your desk top and type the letter P until you hear, Podcatcher and
press enter.

When the program opens you will see that it already has several podcasts loaded
in the list of selections. You can leave these in the list or delete them,
it's entirely up to you.

Now I'll show you how to add a podcast to your list of selections and I'll use
a podcast that we have just begun for MCB. This is a podcast for news and
information for the Missouri Council of the Blind with Chris and myself.

Press alt C and it should say, add podcast. Press enter and it will ask you to
enter the name of the podcast. You can type in any name here you want but for
this example we'll use the name, MCB. After you type in the name tab to OK
and press enter.

Now it will ask you for the web address or URL for the new podcast. For the
Missouri Council of the Blind podcast you will need to type in,
http://moblind.podhoster.com/rss/3774, and then tab to OK and press enter.

This will take you back to your list of podcasts selections. Arrow down to,
MCB and press enter. This will bring up a list of podcast shows that are
available to listen to. Arrow down to the podcast you want to hear and press
enter. The podcast will then begin playing. You can press your tab key to
other functions while the podcast is playing such as, forward and back, pause
and stop. Press your spacebar to activate those functions.

To add the podcast for a show that Chip Hailey and I do called Encouragement
for the Journey that features Gospel music follow the instructions above and
use this address for the web address:
http://encouragement.podhoster.com/rss/3670
