I use Alan Ackley of Des Moine Iowa. I just had both of mine cleaned and one 
needed a small part that had to do with the chain drive. Anyway, You can ask 
him to contact you before starting the work to give you the cost estimate if 
you need to space things out a bit to get the job done. I used some Christmas 
money to solve my cash issues.

We have two that don’t line-spaced or letter-space correctly; even with all the 
technology, I still have use for our old Perkinses, though I wish they had left 
the roller assembly alone, as I hadn’t experienced the problems I am having now 
until they (Perkins) decided to  replace these parts with parts I consider 
inferior.
