Hi , I just thought of something. I will assume you are using Jaws. If not, read no further. Your document presentation may have become changed. Press the Jaws key, (0 on the number pad.) Plus the letter v in the search box type document press tab There should be a list of 4 or 5 items. you can arrow up and down Make sure document presentation simple layout is checked. If it is on screen layout, Jaws will read the screen as it appears to a sighted user. Either way press tab to ok press enter Hope this helps. Tks, Darrel
