With Office Lens you need to have an account with either 1 Drive or Microsoft, save it as a doc and then I assume it will actually perform the OCR. Since I don't have any of those accounts, all I got was an image. Text Grabber is still my choice because you don't need a 3rd party app. In fact Text Grabber does all the recognition right in the app an no internet connection is needed.
